Modern Slavery Statement

The following statement is issued by AlphaSights Ltd (“AlphaSights”) in accordance with Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Modern Slavery Act”) to ensure that modern day slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or our supply chain.

Our Business

AlphaSights provides business information services to client professionals in asset management and advisory firms, global corporations, as well as not-for-profit organisations. Our knowledge-search capabilities, together with our industry-leading compliance protocols, allow our clients to efficiently and safely access the knowledge and expertise of qualified experts across sectors and geographies. Founded in 2008, AlphaSights is a private company with 9 offices worldwide.

Our Supply Chain

The experts we engage are competent and highly qualified individuals, whether by experience and/or education. Additionally, they are carefully vetted and only participate in interactions with clients in accordance with our compliance framework, which contains numerous provisions regarding eligibility and conduct. Therefore, the experts we engage are unlikely to be at risk of modern slavery or human trafficking concerns.

Of the remaining suppliers to our business, the principal concentration is as follows:

  • Suppliers of office space and occupancy-related services in global knowledge and economic hub cities;
  • Suppliers of technology infrastructure, software and related services; and
  • Suppliers of business information and professional advisory services.

Given the nature of these suppliers and the frequency of our interaction with them, we consider the risk of modern-day slavery and human trafficking in this part of our supply chain to be ‘low’. Further, AlphaSights’ standard supply chain contracts contain compliance with applicable law obligations, including compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.

Steps Taken

AlphaSights has a company Code of Conduct which goes to the heart of our values and includes an Anti-Slavery and Trafficking Policy. All new AlphaSights employees undergo an extensive training and onboarding programme. In addition, AlphaSights operates a Whistleblowing Policy which encourages all employees to report any suspected breaches of our Anti-Slavery and Trafficking Policy. Recognising the complex nature of modern slavery, AlphaSights will continue to emphasise the importance of collaboration with budget owners and purchasing decision makers, to inform and educate them on the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain.

AlphaSights approved this statement on 14 January 2026.
