The Role
As a Communications Associate at AlphaSights, you will be responsible for driving our brand forward across 2,000+ global colleagues and 100,000+ candidates annually. You will create content and experiences that not only reflect our brand, but also bring energy to our organization. What You’ll Do
Collaborate with our global senior leadership team to curate our firm-wide events calendar, and manage the end-to-end delivery of it, from content creation to audience experience.
Work with our global recruiting teams to create multi-media talent marketing collateral that engages and attracts top talent.
Develop and execute internal communications to enhance colleague engagement and promote positive company culture.
Build the company’s brand presence across social media platforms, prominent awards programs, and news outlets.
Coordinate with our internal design teams to produce consistent, high-quality branded touchpoints across all of the above.
Who You Are
Looking to launch a career in corporate communications.
Strong academic credentials: Undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above.
Effective communicator: You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication that allows you to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives across different formats.
Meticulous: You hold yourself to high standards and have an obsessive attention to detail.
Creative: You have a strong visual intuition, creating content that is both aesthetically energizing and strategically aligned with project goals.
