What is a Client Service Associate?

Client Service Associates are the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they need to make better decisions. They manage multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier organisations — identifying and recruiting the experts who are uniquely relevant for clients’ research needs, and scheduling interactions so collaboration runs seamlessly.

It is a demanding role with a high level of early ownership, providing commercial exposure that most entry-level roles take years to offer.
