July 15 |

Celebrating recent wins

This week’s listing in 2021 Fortune Best Workplaces in New York marks the fifth award so far this year for AlphaSights, solidifying our commitment to providing a positive and engaging workplace for all. This accolade contributes to a growing roster of 2021 awards, including being honoured in Handshake’s Early Talent Award Winners in Professional Services, placing in Great Place To Work’s UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2021 list, gaining 8th position in its UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2021 category and featuring in its US Best Workplace in Consulting & Professionals Services list.

Leadership reactions

“As we navigate towards the new normal, the entire leadership team remains focused on enhancing our employees’ experience and making AlphaSights the best possible workplace and career platform for long term success,” says Cofounder Max Cartellieri. He added, “Over the years, we’ve built a high-performance, high-support culture where personal and professional growth are highly valued, to provide ambitious professionals with an enriching experience, accelerated growth, and the chance to develop their full potential.’

As a business that connects decision makers with a dynamic network of industry professionals, employees have always been at the centre of the organisation. Sean Corrigan, Chief Operating Officer, explains:

“The very nature of our business places people at the heart of our operations. As a people-centric firm, we heavily invest in employee professional development and evaluate based on merit and individual contribution to the business. These awards demonstrate our effectiveness in creating a dynamic and equitable work environment globally, which we take great pride in developing. Being able to attract and retain talent across the spectrum of candidates benefits both the business and the people within it, and we wish to continue this ethos long into the future.”

Rankings for both the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2021 and UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2021 rose in comparison to 2020 marking an upward trajectory for AlphaSights:

“We’re delighted to not only be listed in consecutive years but to be improving even during a year which has seen the pandemic exacerbate many issues including parity of pay and advancement opportunities. During this time, we’ve honoured all promotions and raises, prioritising job security above everything else for our people.” Wesley Lemieux Director, Human Resources admits, “Our action plan has always been clear: recruit top talent based on our core values, heavily invest in their professional development, and continue to drive our DEI agenda.”
