Why did you join AlphaSights?
My previous role was working in operations at a small vegetable farm on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts. After moving to New York, I was looking for my next  exciting new opportunity; I was attracted to the high-growth environment at AlphaSights, as well as the prospect of working within a growing global team.

Tell me about your position at AlphaSights.
I’m a senior associate on the workplace experience team in New York. My team manages all of the in-office logistics, office event planning, helping to onboard new joiner classes and everything in between. My role is exciting and always changing, and I love that no two days are the same.

What is your greatest success so far?
Moving to New York! I grew up in a small town in Northern Ireland and had never lived in a city before moving here, so making the move was definitely a challenge. I have loved every second of living in the Big Apple so far – I can’t see myself living anywhere else.

What makes AlphaSights unique?
Definitely the people! It has been such a pleasure to meet and work with such a hard-working, driven and passionate group of people. The culture at AlphaSights really sets it apart.

What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about the environment and about making sustainable changes. I’ve loved being a board member of the AlphaSights Sustainability House group for the past two years, as it has allowed me to build relationships and share ideas with people at AlphaSights who share that same passion.
