The Client Service Intern Role
You’ll work closely with the Client Service Team on different projects for our clients. Your role is to integrate resources to support the team and Client Service Associates for efficient deliveries. You’ll spend considerable time on industry mapping, engaging and assessing people via phone calls and emails.
This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented role where you’ll work on several projects with the Client Service Team. There is a clear focus on results — leading to transferable skill development in project management, negotiation, communication, teamwork, and more.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct high-level industry research to support the Client Service Team with clients' requests
Communicate with industry professionals best suited to each project and assess their relevant expertise via phone, email, and other channels, facilitating deliveries
Support the team and other associates on ad-hoc activities
As a campus ambassador to promote our employer's brand

Requirements
On-campus students, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular activities
At least 3 days of attendance a week for a minimum of 3 months
Intermediate English level under business settings
